Job Description:

A Heavy Equipment Operator at Clark Site Development is responsible for safely and efficiently

operating equipment on active job sites. This includes excavators, skid steers, bulldozers, and

other machines used in site prep, grading, and demolition work. Operators are expected to work

in real job conditions, not just open space. This means digging accurately, following grade,

working around structures, and staying productive without constant supervision. A strong

operator pays attention to detail, understands how their work impacts the rest of the job, and

helps keep production moving without creating additional problems. They communicate clearly

with the foreman and crew, follow job plans, and operate equipment safely at all times.
