Job Description:

A Job Foreman at Clark Site Development is responsible for directing daily work on job sites and

making sure everything runs efficiently from start to finish. This includes supervising crew

members and outside contractors, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed correctly.

This is a hands-on position where the foreman is expected to operate equipment while also

overseeing the job. They are responsible for keeping the crew productive, maintaining quality,

and making sure the job stays on schedule. A strong foreman communicates clearly, enforces

company procedures and policies, and keeps everyone aligned throughout the job. They take

ownership of the project and handle problems quickly without slowing down production.
